Welcome to the Inland Northwest Wrestling Training Center (INWTC)
The INWTC was created to advance the sport of wrestling in the greater Inland Northwest region.  INWTC seeks to provide skilled instruction to wrestlers of all ages ranging from beginners to athletes seeking to compete on the national level.  INWTC trains in the one-of-a-kind St. Sebastian Althletic Center, a custom, 8,000+ square foot, wrestling specific training facility on the campus of Gonzaga Prep High School in Spokane, Washington.  INWTC is a resource for wrestlers throughout the region, regardless of school or club affiliation.  Training sessions are held Mondays and Wednesdays.

Inland Northwest Wrestling Training Center (INWTC) has applied to become an official USA Wrestling Olympic Regional Training Center.  As an approved Olympic training site, INWTC will become an extension of USA Wrestling and will help train those seeking to compete at the highest levels of competition.
