Spring Freestyle
INWTC will host two spring practice. Practices will be every Monday and Wednesday night from February 27th to May 13th. There are two sessions that we offer back to back. Practice will be held from 5:00 to 6:30 pm for weight classes under 140lbs and then again from 6:30 to 8:00pm for weigh classes over 140lbs.
